Why do people react in ways that seem “illogical”? Why don’t processes work the same way in other countries or teams as we are used to? Kulturlogik reflects the understanding that logic – i.e., valid reasoning – is not universal, but shaped by culture.
As an intercultural expert, I make these “invisible logics” visible – and I convey not just knowledge, but understanding. I create spaces where seemingly contradictory elements come together: rationality and relationships, structure and diversity, clarity and openness.
